common interest; circulated, or intended for circulation; as, a
circular letter. - Perfect; complete.
- A mean or inferior poet, perhaps from his habit of
wandering around as a stroller; an itinerant poet. Also, a name given
to the cyclic poets. See under Cyclic, a.
