Firstly, process isn’t my personal strong point but I do recognise the strength of process in providing certainty, clarity and transparency etc to decisions or operations. That said I have found recently that I have had a number of experience where process appears to have got in the way of joined up thinking and similarly where joined up thinking has been lacking some process.
